Ferguson Place Takes Another Step Forward in Saanich

We’re excited to share that the Development Permit for Ferguson Place has been approved by Saanich Council, marking an important milestone for Habitat for Humanity Victoria and our plans to create 13 new affordable homeownership opportunities in Saanich.

Ferguson Place will be a 13-home stacked townhouse community designed to provide local families with a path to affordable homeownership and the stability that comes with having a place to call home.

The Development Permit approval represents significant progress for the project and brings us one step closer to turning these plans into homes.

We’re grateful to Saanich Council, our project partners, supporters, and everyone who has helped move Ferguson Place forward.
There is still work to be done before construction begins, but today we’re celebrating this important step toward creating more affordable homeownership opportunities in our community.
