Information Session
Habitat for Humanity Victoria is hosting a Family Information Session on July 21 to introduce our Affordable Homeownership Program and share details about our upcoming Irwin Road development in Langford.
At this session, you’ll learn how Habitat’s affordable homeownership model works, who may be eligible to apply, what the application process involves, and what to expect as a future Habitat homeowner.
This session is designed for individuals and families who are interested in learning more about Habitat’s program and understanding the steps toward becoming a Habitat homeowner.
Join us to ask questions, learn more about the program, and take the first step toward exploring whether Habitat’s Affordable Homeownership Program could be right for you.
Our partner families demonstrate a need for safe and affordable housing and can qualify for their mortgage payments. They are willing to partner with us as ambassadors for the program. Our families volunteer 500 hours, referred to as service hours, before moving into their home, by volunteering on the construction site to build their home or a home of another family, in our ReStores or with event and/or office support.
