    Critical Repairs Program Lead

    $75,000/1 year contract /4 day work week

    Habitat for Humanity Victoria is seeking a Critical Repairs Program Lead to deliver our hands-on home repair program supporting local homeowners.

    This is a field-based role combining skilled trades work with project coordination. You will assess repair needs, complete work directly, and oversee contractors and volunteers to ensure safe, high-quality project delivery.

    What You’ll Do

    • Conduct site visits, assess repairs, and develop scopes of work

    • Perform residential repairs (carpentry, maintenance, accessibility upgrades)

    • Coordinate and supervise contractors and volunteers

    • Manage project budgets, timelines, quoting, and materials

    • Build positive relationships with homeowners

    What You Bring

    • Experience in carpentry or a skilled trade

    • Ability to independently complete residential repairs

    • Experience managing projects, budgets, or job sites

    • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

    • A community-minded, respectful approach
