Critical Repairs Program Lead

$75,000/1 year contract /4 day work weekHabitat for Humanity Victoria is seeking a Critical Repairs Program Lead to deliver our hands-on home repair program supporting local homeowners.
This is a field-based role combining skilled trades work with project coordination. You will assess repair needs, complete work directly, and oversee contractors and volunteers to ensure safe, high-quality project delivery.
What You’ll Do
Conduct site visits, assess repairs, and develop scopes of work
Perform residential repairs (carpentry, maintenance, accessibility upgrades)
Coordinate and supervise contractors and volunteers
Manage project budgets, timelines, quoting, and materials
Build positive relationships with homeowners
What You Bring
Experience in carpentry or a skilled trade
Ability to independently complete residential repairs
Experience managing projects, budgets, or job sites
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
A community-minded, respectful approach
What We Offer
$75,000 1 year contract, with potential for extension
