As of April 1, 2024, Habitat Victoria is implementing a truck usage fee for all in-home pick-ups.
Why a truck usage fee?
Great question! Like everything these days, our costs, like yours, are going up. Due to these increasing maintenance and operational costs, we have implemented a nominal usage fee for the use of our trucks. This fee will help us cover a portion of the expenses associated with keeping our vehicles in good condition, ensure that our charity’s resources are properly allocated and that we can continue to provide essential services to our community. Your support is very much appreciated, and we are steadfastly committed to using your donations to impact our community!

Please click here for a list of items the ReStore accepts. All donations must be clean and in good working order.

Donations can be dropped off to either ReStore from 9:30am to 5:00pm Monday through Saturday. The ReStore team has final discretion on what items we can accept.

Donation pick-up within Greater Victoria may be arranged for complete kitchens, large furniture, major appliances, or corporate donations. Please note that we book our truck schedule at least one week in advance. Our experienced teams will assess donations at the time of pick-up. Should an item be unsuitable for the ReStore, we can suggest alternative options.
