Day 1 Cedar Hill Build

Many Thanks to Heidi Dunn from Total Safety for the Hazmat Survey conducted on the property today. We are very excited to see the project begin. Over the next weeks, while we get the demolition and build permits for the property, we expect mostly to do preparatory work by cleaning up the site, and perhaps some work around recovering salvageable materials from the house and garage on the property which are both slated for demolition.
