The limited availability and high cost of land across Greater Victoria is a stumbling block to building affordable housing. Although Habitat Victoria is sometimes able to get discounted land from Municipal surplus lists, most of the time we must purchase land on the open market. If you know of a property that may be suitable for a Habitat Victoria build, or to donate your property for future development, please contact us. In some cases, a tax receipt can be provided for land donations.

Donate A Car Canada accepts vehicle donations for Habitat Victoria. When you donate your RV, boat, motorcycle or other vehicle to Habitat Victoria through Donate A Car Canada, it will either be recycled or sold at auction depending on its condition, age and location.
