What was your inspiration?
The fun creations in the past Gingerbread Showcases. Vancouver Island is home to many organisms, human and other diverse species. We wanted to create a summer day for the winter viewers, showcasing some real and some fanciful creatures enjoying Coastal Living together. How long did you take to make your creation? Estimate 90 hours What was the most challenging part? Having never done anything like this before, everything was unique to this experience. We had to practice, experiment and learn each step of the project. Finding time to work together was challenging, but fun! What are you most proud of? Our tenacity Did you use a unique ingredient or technique? All steps in the project were unique to us as this was our first Gingerbread Creation. |
