What was your inspiration?
My grandma’s house How long did you take to make your creation? Approximately 150 hours What was the most challenging part? The engineering of how to cut and put the cookie pieces together What are you most proud of? Dainty details Did you use a unique ingredient or technique? My technique is the love I’ve had for decorating pastries. My technique comes from years of experience with sugar. I was a pastry cook and then became a pastry chef at Saskatchewan Hotel. |
