What was your inspiration?
Our beautiful Vancouver Island home. How long did you take to make your creation? Probably 50 hours. We started in early October! What was the most challenging part? We’ve never made gingerbread from scratch, or used isomalt or fondant before this, so the entire process has been a fun challenge! What are you most proud of? That we were able to make something together of this size and difficulty. We’re proud of our entire creation! Did you use a unique ingredient or technique? Patience and teamwork! 😊 |
