What was your inspiration?
My main inspiration came from being a big nerd. I love Star Wars a lot so really wanted to do something from that universe. How long did you take to make your creation? 50+ hours What was the most challenging part? The most challenging part was trying to figure out something strong enough and light enough to use for leaves so the creation isn't too heavy. What are you most proud of? I’m most proud of the sugar water. Did you use a unique ingredient or technique? Using fondant for the tree's bark, ground and all my little things I'll carve out of it. Also using isomalt sugar for the water and waves. |
