What happens once I buy something?
When you buy an item from the eStore you will receive an email confirmation. Then within 2 business days you will receive a second email confirming your item is ready for pick-up. You can select a specific pick-up day and time during the check out process. If we have already sold out of the item we will contact you right away and refund to your card directly.
Where do I pick up my purchased items?
FOR ALL PICK-UPS CALL 250-386-7867 UPON ARRIVAL:
Please come to the Donation Centre Door at ReStore Westshore in Langford - 849 Orono Avenue, Victoria, V9B 2T9.
Call us when you arrive and we will arrange to bring your item to you directly.

Tuesday to Saturday: 12:00pm to 5:00pm
What if I change my mind before I pickup the item?
You can cancel the order and be refunded the full amount to your credit card as long as you have not picked up the product.
What if I change my mind after I have seen the item in person?
If upon seeing the item in person, you decide you no longer want it, we will give you a full refund. If you drive away with the item, we consider it sold. At this time, we are unable to accommodate returns to sold items due to Covid-19 until restrictions around social distancing have been lifted.
