This Friday the house wrap is on and the electrical installation is almost finished.

It was all happening on site in Central Saanich today. After a months break the framers returned and made quick work of the roof last week which is now ready for shingles. The windows were fitted early this week and the electrician is now on site adding the wiring. 

Things are moving quickly at Timber Ridge. The lower level is completely framed in leading to an open upper level.

There's activity at our Timber Ridge build, the sub floor structure for the first floor is going in.

It's June 3rd and you can now see the concrete sub floor has been poured at Timberidge.

The foundation walls are complete at the Timberidge single family home. Next up - floors!

The activity continues - on yesterdays site visit the forms are in and we are ready to start pouring the foundations!
